What personal data does wideangle.fr collect?

Personal data means any information that enables you to be identified, directly or indirectly, such as your surname, first name(s), email address, postal address or telephone number.

Depending on the circumstances, wideangle.fr processes your personal data either directly collected from you or resulting from your use of third-party services.

wideangle.fr may also receive personal data collected from you by a third-party service provider in connection with recruitment, in particular when you apply for one of our vacancies via a job board advertising our job offers, or through professional social networks such as LinkedIn, Indeed or their partner websites.

Likewise, wideangle.fr may collect personal information through contact and videoconferencing applications (Zoom, Google Meet, WhatsApp, LinkedIn Video, Teams, etc.).

wideangle.fr collects and processes the following categories of data:

Who has access to your data?

No data is disclosed or transferred to any third party outside this framework without your prior consent, except where required by law (including pursuant to a judicial or administrative order).

Is your data processed outside the EU?

Some of our hosting service providers (for example, Google Cloud and Amazon Web Services) may process data outside the European Union. In such cases, WIDE ANGLE Human Resources ensures that such transfers are subject to appropriate safeguards recognized under the GDPR, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or the service provider’s certification under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework where the transfer concerns the United States.

Data retention period

Your data is retained for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, namely for the duration of the business relationship or recruitment process, followed by intermediate archiving for the period necessary to comply with our legal, accounting and tax obligations or to manage any potential disputes.

At the end of these retention periods, your data will be deleted or anonymized.

Security and confidentiality

WIDE ANGLE Human Resources implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against any unauthorized access, use, loss, alteration or disclosure. Access to such data is restricted to authorized persons (qualified personnel and hosting providers) and is secured through appropriate safeguards.

Cookies

A non-essential cookie (including non-exempt audience measurement cookies, advertising cookies and social media cookies) is only placed after you have provided your explicit consent through our cookie consent banner.
