A word from the founder


As a student in a Master’s degree course in “Franco-German society, marketing and trade”, I did my end-of-studies internship in the Human Resources Department of a large German company.

After a further training in “Personnel Management and Administration” I started my career as a recruitment officer in the temporary employment sector.

Passionate about recruiting multilingual and internationally minded candidates, I created the first “international department” within the company I worked for.

After a few years of rich and intense professional activity, I completed my initial training with a Master’s degree in “Human Resources Management and Development” at the Institut de Gestion Sociale.

Afterwards, my career path diversified, but recruitment and HR development remain the common thread of my career and my core business.

WIDE ANGLE Human Resources, a recruitment agency dedicated to international jobs, was born from this passion.

Working in an international environment requires not only advanced technical and linguistic skills, but also the ability to integrate and communicate within multicultural teams.

If you take up a position abroad, the stakes are high, you have to adapt to a new environment, sometimes change your whole life, create new points of reference, and “put down roots”, alone or with your family.

More than 25 years of experience in recruitment in various sectors and several experiences of living abroad allow me to intervene on various recruitment issues and to understand the personal and professional challenges that candidates and their families face.

In the same way, the recruitment challenges of startups that are establishing in new territories appear more clearly to me.

In order to meet these challenges, WIDE ANGLE Human Resources offers “tailor-made” solutions, integrating into its recruitment process not only the language skills and technical expertise of candidates, but also their personal and professional aspirations, as well as their ability to integrate and communicate within multicultural teams.

Our clients are French or international companies looking for skilled, multilingual candidates who are mobile abroad or want to work remotely.
