WIDE ANGLE Human Resources is recruiting for a fast-developing French start-up an: AUDIOVISUAL TECHNICIAN in Paris, France
Reporting to the Technical Director, you will hold a key position for the company.
You will be at the heart of the deployment projects and will guarantee the success of the company’s projects.
After a training period, you will support the project managers and sales staff in the implementation of their projects, from pre-sales to installation at the customer’s premises, and even after-sales service.
Your main tasks
- Pre-sales visits to customers
- Reading and understanding the synoptic diagrams and recommendations provided by the design office
- Installation and implementation of audiovisual equipment (sound system, video conferencing, automation, cabling, wireless document sharing, room reservation systems, digital signage solutions, etc.)
- Setting up IT and multimedia tools: hardware, software, network
- Integration of equipment into the furniture if necessary
- Troubleshooting and after-sales service for customers
Your profile :
- You are passionate about technology.
- You like DIY, you are good at dealing with customers and you are concerned about a job well done.
- You like working independently and proposing new ideas.
- You have a technicalbackground with 2 to 3 years of higher education.
- You have technical skills in audiovisual installation / parameterisation / logic
- A good knowledge of the audiovisual integration business is mandatory, and the ability to program Extron / Kramer / … products is an additional asset.
- You’d like to get involved in a start-up that develops innovative concepts
- You have a valid driving licence
